Step 1

Step 2

Book a time with us, for our nurse assessor to complete our routine assessment on you or your loved one. We complete assessments, so that we can ensure we are able to provide the necessary services for you or your loved one. Each assessment will cost $225 - 30% ($67.50) of which will go towards your first bill if accepted or will be returned to you if rejected.

Step 3

Once a slot has been booked, one of our nurse assessors will complete the assessment at the specified date and time. If you are unable to be present for the time you previously booked, please let our team know as soon as possible. All appointments would have to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 1hour prior to scheduled time.

Step 4

After the assessment is completed, one of our team members will contact you to inform you of our decision and when we can begin caring for you or your loved on.
