Before accepting you or your loved one as a client, one of our nurse assessors' would come to your home and complete an assessment. Each assessment is $225 per person

If we have accepted you or your loved one as a client, 30% of the assessment cost, will go towards the first bill. If we have declined you or your loves one as a client, ONLY 30% of the assessment cost, will be refunded to you. The total amount of $225 IS NOT refundable - ONLY 30%, which totals to $67.50

We aim to inform you or your family member, of our decision at least 24hours following the assessment. If the assessment is completed on a Friday, we aim to inform you of our decision on the following Monday. During busy periods, where there is an increase in potential clients that need to be assessed, we will inform you of our decision within 48 hours. If this is the case, we will inform you that it is a busy period. Any delays in the process, will be communicated to you or your family member.

Once we inform you of our acceptance, we will let you know when we can provide the relevant services to you or your loved one. Before we send our healthcare professionals to your home, we will meet with you (client) or your family member, to detail the services that we are able to provide to you. It is during this meeting, that we will ask you or your next of kin, to sign an agreement. The agreement will include the services that we will and will not provide. The agreement will be reviewed once a year, to ensure that we are providing the appropriate services to you (client). If the client's condition changes, we will reassess the client and have further discussions with you.
